But the thought of that ginger syrup is really very appealing as are those biscuits of yours.Choclettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00173996730095174268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-430441346293872555.post-64464007339742614152013-06-27T13:06:14.026+01:002013-06-27T13:06:14.026+01:00These look great! Using then with oats must taste fantastic!
I also have problems with biscuits spreading too much/not spread at all - I've concluded that the ratio of butter and sugar to flour is what makes the difference - if the recipe uses the similar quantities of all three the biscuits tend not to spread as much as ones with lots more butter and sugar. I'm sure you know that anyway tho:)Keziahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11451032363897495504noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-430441346293872555.post-26537515625756552322013-06-19T22:36:59.537+01:002013-06-19T22:36:59.537+01:00Lovely biscuits & very flavourful too! Ginger biscuits in any form are great, but these are just perfect.

Although I've only had a few approaches from companies, I've wrestled with similar issues. I have recently taken a conscious decision not to accept anything for the blog. I think you just have to go with what feels right for you. After all, it's your blog (and a great one, too!).Susie @ Fold in the Flourhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17431576411095585453noreply@blogger.com
